Fresh from the release of their fourth album, Straight Line Was A Lie, Kiwi indie rockers The Beths have announced a 2026 Australian tour.
After selling out their run of shows earlier this year, The Beths are excited to cross the Tasman once again to perform songs from their four-album discography, including tracks from their latest album, such as ‘Metal’, ‘No Joy’, ‘Mother, Pray for Me’ and ‘Straight Line Was A Lie’.
Released last week (August 29), Straight Line Was A Lie is a ten-track exploration of mental health and family ties. Written in LA and self-recorded by the band in their hometown of Auckland, the album is The Beths’ most personal album yet.
Hitting Australia in April 2026, The Beths’ tour begins in Adelaide at The Gov on Friday 17 April. The band then perform at Perth’s Astor Theatre on Saturday 18 April, Brisbane’s The Tivoli on Thursday 23 April and Sydney’s Roundhouse on Friday 24 April, wrapping the tour up in Melbourne at The Forum on Saturday 25 April.
