Talking Heads were one of the most influential outfits of the '70s and '80s whose experimental art punk spawned countless charting hits across a 16-year career.
Consisting of vocalist and guitarist David Byrne, drummer Chris Frantz, bassist Tina Weymouth, and guitarist and keyboardist Jerry Harrison, Talking Heads released eight studio albums during their time together, before Byrne left and the band went on an indefinite hiatus.
Start Making Sense might not be Talking Heads, but it's as close as most people will get to hearing the band's biggest hits live and well worth checking out.
Catch Start Making Sense at The Gov on Wednesday 20 January. Tickets on sale now from: totaltouring.com.au.
