Smokie Return To Australia for ‘All the Greatest Hits’ 50th Anniversary Tour

British rockers Smokie return to Australia later this year with their All the Greatest Hits Tour. The band responsible for classic hits ‘Lay Back in the Arms of Someone’, ‘Needles and Pins’, ‘I’ll Meet You at Midnight’, ‘Oh Carol’ and ‘Living Next Door To Alice’, which peaked at #2 on the ARIA Single Chart, are celebrating their 50th anniversary with a 13 date tour across the nation this September/October.
Smokie’s All the Greatest Hits Tour begins with two shows at Perth’s Regal Theater (Saturday, September 20 and Sunday, September 21). The band then hit the road, performing gigs at Adelaide’s The Gov (Tuesday, September 23), Tweed Heads’ Twin Towns (Friday, September 26), Brisbane’s The Tivoli (Saturday, September 27), Toowoomba’s Empire Theatre (Sunday, September 28), Newcastle’s NEX (Wednesday, October 1) and Sydney’s Emore Theatre (Thursday, October 2).
The band have three gigs lined up at Melbourne’s Palms at Crown (Sunday, October 5, Monday, October 6 and Tuesday, October 7) before ending the tour with shows at Hobart’s Odeon Theatre (Friday, October 10) and Burnie’s Town Hall (Saturday, October 11)
Pre-sale tickets are available on Tuesday, February 11 at 9:30am local time. You can register here. General on-sale commences Thursday, February 13 at 9:30am local time via Metropolis Touring.
