Save the Date: Three D Radio’s The Top 93+7 Countdown Is Back!
The local radio station’s countdown of the top 100 songs of the year takes place in January 2025.

It’s that time of year again. While most of us are forming our own top ten lists and reading up on who Pitchfork thinks released the #1 song of 2024, South Australia’s own Three D Radio have announced their annual countdown of The Top 93+7 is back next January.
Kicking off at 8:00am on Saturday, January 25, 2025, The Top 93+7 features the year's most played songs from the Three D Radio music library. Along with the countdown, music lovers can expect live on-air interviews with bands and artists from South Australia who have made the chart, with the eventual #1 song being announced around 7:00pm.
In a great sign for local music, 80% of the artists who made the count over the past two years originate from South Australia. This demonstrates not only the tremendous amount of talent SA is producing but also Three D Radio’s commitment to the SA music scene since the volunteer station first took to the airwaves on December 21, 1979.
Last year’s countdown featured a stack of incredible SA acts including Bad//Dreems, Druid Fluids, Coldwave, Oscar the Wild, Teenage Joans and West Thebarton, with alt-rockers The Empty Threats taking out the top spot with their rollicking tune, ‘Monster Truck Mondays’.
