Sydney-raised singer-songwriter Mark Wilkinson has announced a monster 17-date tour this August and September.
The Wild & Hunted Things Australian tour will see the multi-instrumentalist performing tracks off of his new album, coincidentally named Wild & Hunted Things.
Wilkinson will be joined on tour by singer-songwriter Sydney Mark Crotti, who is also known as the man behind the viral Instagram account and clothing line Breakfast Shirts.
"I can't wait to reconnect with my amazing Aussie fans and showcase the songs from the new album in a live format,” Wilkinson said in a statement. “I feel like the studio and the live environment are two very different things, both allowing the songs to shine in different ways. There's a raw energy to the live shows that can't really be replicated in the studio and I can't wait to share that energy and some magical unfiltered moments with audiences across Australia!”
The tour kicks off on Friday 1 August at Avalon Restaurant in Katoomba and takes in dates across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA and ACT, finishing up on Friday 5 September at Smiths Alternative in Canberra.
Tickets for all shows are on sale now via markwilkinsonmusic.com.
