Award-winning British electronic trio Rudimental are back in the country next month for a very special DJ-focused tour.
The trio of Piers Aggett, Kesi Dryden, and Leon ‘Locksmith’ Rolle plan on unveiling their new RUDIM3NATL show as part of their five-date tour. The lads will be behind the decks spinning not only their own tunes but some of the biggest drum and bass hits from across the years.
Rudimental are excited to go back to their DJing roots, revealing in a statement: “We’re bringing something fresh to the stage – a DJ set that hits harder, with visuals that match the energy of our tracks and give you a taste of where we’re heading. Think bass meets soul, mixed up the Rudimental way. This is all about the music we’ve been crafting and the vibe of what’s to come on the new album. Can’t wait for you to feel it.”
The trio have also revealed the local support acts performing alongside them on tour, with sammythesinner taking to the stage in Perth, synth obsessive Luke Million performing in Adelaide and party starter Nina Las Vegas electrifying crowds in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney.
The RUDIM3NATL tour begins at Perth’s Metro City on Thursday, February 13 and is followed by gigs at Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall on Friday, February 14, Melbourne’s Festival Hall on Saturday, February 15, Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Tuesday, February 18 and finally Sydney’s Hordern Pavillion on Wednesday, February 19.
Tickets for all shows are on sale now via untitledgroup.com.au.
