REGURGITATOR ANNOUNCE 2024 AUSTRALIAN TOUR
The band will hit 21 cities across the country this May and June.

After touring in support of the 25th anniversary of their classic album Unit in 2023, Regurgitator is keeping the momentum going, announcing a massive 21 date Australian tour. The shows are in support of Regurgitator's forthcoming 11th album Invader. Kicking things off at Hobart’s Odeon Theatre on Friday, May 10, Regurgitator will then travel to Forth, Launceston, Geelong, Castlemaine, Melbourne, Margaret River, Perth, Fremantle, Wollongong, Newcastle, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra, Albury, Byron Bay, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Mackay, Townsville before ending things with a bang in Cairns.Regurgitator is bringing several friends along for the ride, with jazz punk sensations Party Dozen, Tasmanian locals The Subculture Clique, digital hardcore eggpunkers Displeasure, Brisbane’s mechanical techno retro-futurists Monster Zoku Onsomb and glitter punk-pop purverys Cry Club appearing in select cities. Regurgitator have much love for their fans and used the press release promoting the tour to shout them out: "As we enter the water dragon of our 30th year, it is your ongoing enthusiasm that rides us high and mighty. At the end of the day, when we stand on stages across this land playing our hearts out to you, we know with clarity and awareness that it is you, our fans, who are the base of our being. We never forget that, and we love you all the more for it! Build with us". Top blokes. Along with touring in celebration of Unit, 2023 saw Regurgitator play several festivals and share the stage with the likes of Weezer and Kiss. Taking to Instagram, the band revealed what fans can expect from this tour: "This ain’t no pop show… this here is an epic all-out crashing the rocks show. From a year past of Units, Kiss, Weezer, and a feast of festivals we head into this coming year with a sense of escalation and elevation… all with a new album in hand headed your way – Invader".
"Noise annoys… it surrounds us all with an ever-present insistence. It fills our screens, our minds,… and our world with a gaze of distractions. Just an invasion of pervasive white noise historywide, propelled by an armada of commerce hell-bent on leaching the goodness of this world for material gain. Driving into mayhem through time, told this rumbling engine of capitalism has always been the undercarriage of this breaking chassis. Culture and country fall prey to this fervour of infection like a virus with no restitution."Regurgitator rarely disappoints in the live arena, and the magnitude of this tour and the excitement the band is creating means fans are in for one hell of an entertaining show.
