Pond Announce 2026 Australian Tour

After a hugely successful run of headline shows across America, Aussie rockers Pond have announced a four-date tour on home soil.

The lads are hitting the road in support of their most recent album, Terrestrials, which 10 Magazine called "one of the most interesting albums of the year so far - a record that feels far more indebted to post-punk and new wave than traditional Aussie rock." High praise indeed.

Pond get their Australian tour off to a start with a hometown show in Walyalup/Fremantle with support from Automatic at Freo Social on Saturday 5 December. Pond then head to Meanjin/Brisbane on Thursday 17 December for a gig at The Triffid, followed by shows at Northcote Theatre in Naarm/Melbourne on Friday 18 December and Metro Theatre in Eora/Sydney on Saturday 19 December. Sadly, Adelaide misses out this time.

Formed in Perth in 2008, the current iteration of Pond consists of Nick Allbrook, Jay Watson, Joe Ryan, Jamie Terry and James Ireland.

The psych-rock outfit continues to push boundaries with Terrestrials, Pond's eleventh studio album, which has been critically praised by music press around the globe.

Having shared the stage with artists such as Flaming Lips, Queens of the Stone Age, Arctic Monkeys and played major festivals including Glastonbury, Coachella, Splendour in the Grass, and The Great Escape, Pond have firmly established themselves as modern Aussie rock royalty.
