Returning for its 49th edition in March 2026, the Port Fairy Folk Festival has announced the first lineup of artists set to perform at the four-day event.
Held at the coastal village of Port Fairy in regional Victoria over the Labour Day long weekend (March 6-9, 2026), the first artist reveal is a mix of big-name international acts and renowned local artists.
The overseas drawcards appearing at next year’s Port Fairy Folk Festival, which also happens to be one of the longest-running music fests in Australia, include revered singer-songwriter Iron & Wine, performing at the festival for the first time, beloved folk duo The Swell Season, rising Canadian talent Mia Kelly, Swedish folk singer Åkervinda and US folk group Windborne.
On the Aussie front, expect sets from award-winning singer-songwriter Emma Donovan, Melbourne folk duo Pierce Brothers and local favourites Felicity Urquhart & Josh Cunningham taking to the stage together.
More artists, both national and overseas, will be announced over the coming months.
