Since its humble beginnings as a party for about 200 people in 1991, Meredith Music Festival has evolved into a life-changing experience where memories are made and never forgotten.
As stated on the Meredith website, “There has been some redecorating over the years, a spruce here and a shine there, to keep the radiance radiating above those giant radiata pines. Many amenities have been added, the stage has been upgraded from truck to actual stage, the sausage sizzle expanded from a BBQ accompanied by an umbrella to four-star civic reception centre.”
Last year’s festival was another monster success with a bill featuring Jamie xx, Mannequin Pussy, Genesis Owusu, Angie McMahon, The Dare, Waxahatchee, Fat White Family and many more.
Meredith Music Festival is held at the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre from Friday 5 December to Sunday 7 December. You can enter the ballot for tickets here.
