The lineup for the first edition of Parkway Drive’s Aussie metal fest Park Waves has landed!
First held in Germany last year with a lineup featuring Parkway Drive, Dying Fetus, Fit For A King, Erra, and Aussie acts Thy Art Is Murder and Alpha Wolf, the Australian iteration of the festival takes place across February and March 2026.
Held in 11 cities and regional areas, the Park Waves lineup is headlined by its creators, Parkway Drive, alongside some of Australia’s best heavy acts. The Amity Affliction, Northlane, Alpha Wolf and Story Of The Year are all on the bill, with more acts to be announced in the coming weeks.
“The vision for this is the biggest undertaking in Parkway’s history,” says Parkway Drive’s Winston McCall. “A travelling festival run by the band, for the fans. It’s a massive deal for us, so we wanted to make it special. Not only is the lineup stacked, for the first time on home soil, we’ll be bringing the iconic and unstoppable - The Amity Affliction. Parkway, Amity, Australia. It’s never been bigger. This is the full festival experience, a day to enjoy, connect and get wild. We can’t wait to see you there.”
It’s not just music, with Park Waves also featuring circus performers, rides, a classic sideshow alley and delicious food offerings.

Held roughly around the same time as Knotfest, many believe Park Waves could be replacing Slipknot’s iconic festival, which this year featured the likes of Slipknot themselves alongside A Day To Remember, Babymetal, Within Temptation, In Hearts Wake and more.
The festival arrives after a huge six months for founders Parkway Drive, who recently performed a sold-out concert at the Sydney Opera House alongside a full symphony orchestra, a culmination of their 20 year anniversary Australian tour.
Parkway have another massive six months ahead, with the lads heading Stateside to co-headline the Summer of Loud 2025 tour, where they will play some of their biggest-ever American shows alongside Beartooth, I Prevail, and Killswitch Engage.
Then it’s off to Europe and the UK with support from fellow Aussies Thy Art Is Murder and deathcore beasts The Amity Affliction, before arriving back in Australia to prepare for Park Waves festival.
