Indie rockers Pacific Avenue have kicked off 2026 with the release of new single ‘Things We Wanna Say’.
The third single taken from the quartet’s upcoming sophomore album, Lovesick Sentimental, which is out March 6 (pre-order here), ‘Things We Wanna Say’ is a nostalgia-fueled rocker great for those long Sunday drives.
“‘Things We Wanna Say’ is an ode to the core friendships that you build in the ‘Coming of Age’ years of your life,” explains guitarist and vocalist Harry O’Brien. “So much of our adolescence we’re surrounded by close friends, and as we grow up together, experiencing the world and new things for the first time, you create bonds that are fundamental to our individual identities, then as you move through your 20s and people start getting jobs or moving away from home, the experience becomes a much more isolated one.”
To celebrate the release of Lovesick Sentimental, Pacific Avenue have announced a national tour, beginning in Perth at the Astor Theatre on Friday 6 March. The lads then play Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall (Saturday 7 March), Melbourne’s The Forum (Friday 13 March), Hobart’s Odeon Theatre (Saturday 14 March) and Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall (Friday 20 March), before wrapping things up at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Saturday 21 March.
