For ten years not-for-profit charity One of One has supported and celebrated female and gender non-conforming members of the Australian music industry. Curating special events, including breakfast and networking sessions, this year marks One of One’s 10th anniversary. To commemorate the event, One of One has announced a national breakfast tour taking place in March.
The event is organised by three incredibly talented and respected women in the Aussie music scene – Sarah Hamilton, Joanna Cameron, and Bec Young.
“We cannot believe it’s been 10 years of One of One! We’ve grown from our humble beginnings with the help and support of our community, and the music industry,” organisers said in a statement.
Coinciding with Women’s History Month, the breakfast tour begins with One of One’s first-ever Perth event ahead of International Women’s Day at The Rechabite on Friday, March 7. The tour continues around the country with dates in Brisbane (Wednesday, March 12), Darwin (Tuesday, March 18), Sydney (Thursday, March 20) and Melbourne (Tuesday, March 25), before wrapping things up in Adelaide on Friday, March 28.
Each event features a fully catered breakfast, keynote speeches, performances and networking opportunities. The first keynote speaker announced is the one and only Tina Arena. The ARIA and BRIT Award-winning singer, songwriter and producer will take the stage at the Melbourne event at the Corner Hotel on March 25. More speakers and special guests for each date will be revealed over the coming weeks.
Tickets for all breakfasts are on sale now. You can find out more details by visiting oneofone.com.au.

“We’re excited to return to venues like The Gov in Adelaide, The Factory in Sydney, Botanic Gardens Centre in Darwin and The Triffid in Brisbane who have all been involved in One of One events in the past,” the One of One team said in a statement.
“For the first time we are heading to Perth and partnering with the incredible Rechabite there and in Melbourne we’ll be hosting our event at the iconic Corner Hotel for the first time!
The team adds: “Diversity and equity will always be important, and there are many organisations fighting for this in different ways. With the political climate the way that it is, it’s more important now than ever to keep fighting for these things.
“One of One is a safe space for women and GNC people to connect, celebrate and push things forward. We want to keep having the discussions that mean something, that go deeper than surface level, and that push for meaningful change.”
One of One takes place in Adelaide at The Gov on Friday, March 28. Tickets are on sale now via Moshtix.
