Singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist My Chérie has shared her latest single, the vibrant indie noise pop release ‘Dishes in the Sink’.
Another emotion-filled track that pulls at the heartstrings, ‘Dishes in the Sink’ focuses on the complicated nature of relationships and the ups and downs we all go through when in love.
As the press release states, the track was written by My Chérie during a time of upheaval and “unpacks the quiet chaos of kitchen-table arguments, broken routines, and the unspoken grief that can permeate our closest relationships.”
It’s another brilliant showcase of My Chérie’s songwriting ability and makes for a great follow-up to the avant-garde rock sound of ‘Life Is’.

To celebrate the release of both ‘Life Is’ and ‘Dishes in the Sink’, My Chérie is holding a single launch at Jive on Friday 29 August.
The bedroom producer turned pop star in the making will be joined by a six-piece band for the show, where she will perform a bunch of awesome tracks, including her two latest releases.
Support comes from blues-rock powerhouse Caressa and psych-rock explorers The Dainty Morsels.
