Sydney post-punkers Mac The Knife had just dropped their latest single, ‘Take Me To The Meeting’, and announced an Australian tour that includes a stop in Adelaide this August.
An electric mid-‘00s guitar-focused groover, ‘Take Me To The Meeting’ follows the previously released track ‘Drowning In Honey’ and continues the five-piece’s evolution.
Mac The Knife has revealed a run of shows across the country to celebrate the release of their new track, beginning in Brisbane at The Brightside on Friday 24 July. The band then plays Sydney’s The Chippo on Friday 7 August, Melbourne’s The Tote on Friday 14 August and Adelaide’s Ed Castle on Saturday 15 August, finishing up in Perth at Fout5Nine on Friday 21 August.
