Swedish songstress Lykke Li has surprised fans with the release of three three-track EP, Covers.
As the title suggests, the EP consists of covers – Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds’ ‘Into My Arms’, Ben E. King’s ‘Stand by Me’ and The Everly Brothers’ ‘Love Hurts’.
Taking to Instagram to announce the release, Li posted:

The EP is Lykke’s first official release since her intimate 2022 album, EYEYE, which Pitchfork called a “cinematic opus” in their review. Li is currently in the studio working on her sixth studio album. Check out all three covers below.

‘Life Is Long’ is Bromham’s first release since 2024’s ‘Adulthood’.
