Warm Ur Bones is the second musical showcase presented by Northern Sound System’s (NSS) Low Stakes program.
Low Stakes is a training program for those aged 16-21 who want to learn about the ins and outs of putting on a live music event. The five-week course allows participants to gain hands-on experience in event management, marketing, or technical production, with students coming together at the end of the course to plan and deliver an all-ages live music event at NNS.
Warm Ur Bones takes over NNS this Friday, June 6, with a bill headlined by fiery rock n’ rollers Molly Rocket. Also performing are punk five-piece Violet Harlot and doom metal purveyors Rocky’s Pride and Joy.
Those feeling pekish can grab a snag for a gold coin donation, with proceeds going towards Girls Rock! Adelaide, an organisation using “music to inspire confidence, encourage creativity, celebrate individuality and ensure opportunity” for girls, intersex, and all trans and gender-diverse youth ages 10 to 17.
Entry is free, although you can register for tickets here.
