Khruangbin share ‘Pon Pón’ Music Video Ahead of WOMADelaide

Ahead of their A LA SALA world tour Australian dates, psychedelic groovers Khruangbin have released a music video for their awesome tune, ‘Pon Pón’.
Filmed while on tour last year, the black and white music video features the band performing live intercut with crowd footage.
The release of the ‘Pon Pón’ music clip coincides with Khruangbin announcing new dates as part of their A LA SALA tour. The band have revealed a slew of dates across America before heading to Europe for the summer festival season.

Khruangbin have been making music for the better part of 15 years, but the wider music community has only recently embraced them, as evidenced by their nomination for Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards next month.
The trio of Laura Lee Ochoa (bass guitar and vocals), Mark Speer (guitar and vocals), and DJ Johnson (drums, keyboards, and vocals) craft compelling and intricate compositions inspired by jazz, blues, soul, rock and psychedelia.
Breaking out in 2020 with the release of their collaboration with Leon Bridges, the Texan Sun EP, Khruangbin have continued to go from strength to strength, with last year’s A La Sala, their fourth studio album, arguably their best.
