Rap’s number one superstar, Kendrick Lamar, has unveiled two headline shows taking place in Melbourne and Sydney this December.
Still riding high after his much-publicised 2024 beef with Drake, Lamar is currently touring the USA with SZA before he makes his way Down Under.
Already locked in as the headliner for this year’s returning Spilt Milk, which takes in Victoria Park in Ballarat (Saturday 6 December), Claremont Showgrounds in Perth (Sunday 7 December), Exhibition Park in Canberra (Saturday 13 December) and Gold Coast Sports Precinct on the Goldie (Sunday 14 December), Lamar’s announcement of two solo gigs is great news for fans who missed out on tickets to Spilt Milk, which has sold out three of the four festivals.
Lamar’s solo shows under the Grand National Tour banner take place at Melbourne’s AAMI Park on Wednesday 3 December and Sydney’s Allianz Stadium on Wednesday 10 December.

Arguably the biggest star in modern hip hop, Kendrick Lamar is regarded as one of the greatest MCs of all time.
Breaking through with his Dr. Dre-produced 2012 sophomore album, Good Kid, M.A.A.D City, it didn’t take long for Lamar to establish himself as one of the greats.
He followed up three years later with the politically charged To Pimp a Butterfly, and has gone on to release three more records – Damn, Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers and last years GNX.
Lamar has sold over 70 million records, won an incredible 22 Grammys and was awarded the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Music, making him the first rapper to ever claim the award.
Tickets for Lamar’s two headline shows are sure to go quickly, so be sure to sign up for as many pre-sales as possible to give yourself the best chance at scoring tickets.
