After announcing his bumper Summer of Love Rockfest tour but forgetting little old Adelaide, Jon Stevens has rectified his mistake and added our fine city to his touring schedule.
Headlined by Stevens, who will be performing the hits of Noiseworks and INXS, the bill also includes rock and rollers Wolfmother, ‘90s favs The Screaming Jets and Sydney foursome Large Mirage.
Described by press material as “for fans of pure live rock and roll,” there’s a fair bit of bang for buck, with Stevens alone worth the price of admission.
Summer of Love Rockfest commences in Melbourne at Margaret Court Arena on Saturday 14 February. The travelling mini-fest then takes over Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre on Saturday 28 February, followed by Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Saturday 7 March, Perth’s Crown Casino on Friday 10 April, and finally Sydney’s The Hordern Pavilion on Saturday 18 April.
