Hip hop fans across the nation are fist-pumping the air after it was announced earlier this week that American rapper J Cole is bringing his The Fall-Off World Tour to Australian and New Zealand shores.
Marking his first shows in Australasia for nine years, Cole is performing in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Auckland, with poor old Adelaide missing out.
The rapper is touring in support of his most recent release, The Fall Off, which dropped earlier this month to solid reviews.
The Australian and New Zealand leg of his world tour, which also takes in North America, Europe, the UK and South Africa, kicks off at Brisbane’s Entertainment Centre on Wednesday 25 November. Cole then performs two concerts at Melbourne’s Rod Laver on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November, followed by two gigs at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Tuesday 1 and Wednesday 2 December, before wrapping things up at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Saturday 5 December.
Tickets go on sale Friday 20 Febraury at 11am AEST via livenation.com.au.

Often considered part of the “Big 3” of rap alongside Drake and Kendrick Lamar, J Cole has been spitting bars and tearing up stages for close to 20 years.
Over that time, he’s released seven albums, all of which have topped the Billboard 200 Album Chart, collaborated with everyone from Travis Barker and Lil Wayne to Young Thug and Erykah Badu and started his own record label, Dreamville.
There’s no telling when Cole’s next visit to Australia and New Zealand will be, so tickets are sure to sell fast for the rapper’s first visit in close to a decade. Don’t miss out!
Catch J Cole performing in Australia in November and December. Ticketing information available at livenation.com.au.
