You Should Listen To

Twist of Fate – 'Torn Apart'

"Fuck fascists, fuck Nazis, fuck Zionists, free Palestine." This is the impassioned message Twist of Fate shares with countless people around the globe. This inspired intensity also erupts from the quartet's metallic hardcore soundscape. 'Torn Apart' commences with a jagged punk introduction, then leads into a chaotic hardcore viciousness that Splitknuckle would admire before unleashing a colossal breakdown. Musical transitions inviting stage dives, circle pits and ninja-mosh moves are beyond thrilling – this is undeniably world-class hardcore, and the message MUST BE HEARD.

You Should See

Nytt Land

Siberian shamanic dark folk is an auditory panorama not often heard in our day-to-day lives, but its distinctiveness is well worth the discovery. Kalachinsk's Nytt Land were due to perform in Australia last year, but multi-instrumentalist Anatoly Pakhalenko suffered unforeseen health issues, resulting in the tour’s delay. Nevertheless, the ritualistic folk husband-and-wife duo are visiting our shores to enlighten our spirits, with Norway's Mortiis and Sydney's Tir.

These fun-filled Bostonian punks are making the voyage to our shores again, with their new album I DON’T WANNA SAY GOODBYE creating happy havoc throughout the world. 'GET STEPPIN' to Jive for a posicore night to remember.
