Freddy Crabs Announces ‘Good To Waste’ 2025 Australian Tour

The synth-loving yacht rocker is touring in support of his upcoming debut EP, Good To Waste.

Sticky Fingers’ Freddy Crabs is celebrating the release of his upcoming debut solo EP, Good To Waste, with an Aussie tour.

Arriving on August 22, the EP is produced by Izaac Wilson and merges the sweet sounds of yacht rock with Sticky Fingers’ palpable energy, exploring breakups, mental health, and mateship.

The hairy hedonist, backed by his talent backing band, is taking the show on the road this September, performing ten concerts across six of the country’s states and territories.

“Grab a ticket, come say hello. This one’s gonna be special,” Crabs wrote on social media.

Kicking off at La La LA’s in Wollongong on Thursday 4 September, Crabs has dates lined up at The Lansdowne in Sydney (Friday 5 September), The Leadbeater in Melbourne (Saturday 6 September ), King Street Warehouse in Newcastle (Sunday 7 September), Jive in Adelaide (Friday 12 September), Indi Bar in Perth (Saturday 13 September) and Mo’s Desert Clubhouse on the Gold Coast (Thursday 18 September).

The final three gigs take place at The Presynct on the Sunny Coast (Friday 19 September), Black Bear Lodge in Brisbane (Saturday 20 September) and Fun Time Money in Canberra on Friday 26 September.

Best known for his outrageous stage antics as part of Aussie rockers Sticky Fingers, keyboardist and party animal Freddy Crabs is hoping to show fans another side to his personality with the release of Good To Waste.

Taking inspo from yacht rock, classic soul and ‘80s synth hits, Good To Waste is an eight-track collection set to challenge everything you know about Crab.

The EP contains the singles ‘Good To Waste’, ‘Devil In Your Eye’, ‘Waitin For A Summer Day’ and the recently released ‘Lonely Little Boy’.
