Having just spent the past few weeks supporting Kisschasey on their Hymns for the New Believers reunion tour, Perth indie rockers Sly Withers have announced they are embarking on their own headline tour in November.
Taking to the Gram to reveal the dates for their From WA with Love Australian tour, the band posted, “We're back on the road this Nov, and tix are on sale now! Can't wait to hang out, sing loud and make it a huge one. Big love from WA.”
The quartet, whose most recent single ‘Restless’ sounds like UK indie with an Aussie twang, perform their first show at Brisbane’s Crowbar on Thursday 13 November. The lads then make their way to Maroochydore’s Solbar on Friday 14 November, and continue with gigs at Gold Coast’s Vinnies Dive Bar on Saturday 15 November, Sydney’s Croxton on Wednesday 19 November, Adelaide’s The Gov on Thursday 20 November and Perth’s Rosemount Hotel for Sidefest from Friday 21 - Sunday 23 November.
The final three dates of Sly Withers’ national tour take in Hobart’s Altar on Friday 28 November, Melbourne’s Croxton on Saturday 29 November, and Torquay’s Toquay Hotel on Sunday 30 November.

Formed in high school, Sly Withers have been out there getting it done for close to 15 years. Releasing their self-titled debut in 2016, the band found notoriety with their single ‘Close’, leading to a deal with Dew Process in 2019. Sly Wither’s sophomore album, Gardens, followed in 2021, peaking at #10 on the ARIA Album Charts. Their third long player, Overgrown, dropped in 2022 and also made it to #10 on the ARIA Album Charts.
The current lineup of original members Jono Mata (lead and backing vocals, guitar), Sam Blitvich (lead and backing vocals, guitar) and Shea Moriarty (bass, backing vocals), alongside recent addition Fraser Cringle (drums), have spent the past couple of years touring and writing new material, releasing their first single of 2025, ‘Restless’, in April of this year.
