Freddie Gibbs Announces ‘The Last Rabbit’ Australian Tour 2026

American rapper Freddie Gibbs is heading down under this October on his The Last Rabbit Tour.
The underground-turned-global rap star is renowned for his technical proficiency, versatility, and provocative lyrics, with his collaborations with producers Madlib and Alchemist considered among the best hip-hop albums of the 00s.
Gibbs’ tour kicks off in Adelaide at Hindley Street Music Hall on Friday 2 October. Gibbs then plays the inaugural Move My Way Festival in Sydney on Saturday 3 October and Melbourne on Sunday 4 October, before wrapping up the tour with shows at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Tuesday 6 October and Metro City in Perth on Thursday 8 October.

Emerging from the Midwest’s underground rap scene in the early 00s with a slew of mixtapes, Freddie Gibbs gained a cult following for his gangster infused rhymes.
Releasing his debut EP tr8 Killa in 2010 followed by his first album ESGN three years later in 2013, Gibbs has gone on to release several critically acclaimed albums over the past decade, including the well-received Madlib collaborative projects Piñata (2014) and Bandana (2019).
This year has seen Gibbs return with a deluxe edition of his 2024 record You Only Die 1nce, adding 10 new tracks ahead of his upcoming Aussie tour.
