The UK’s Dom Whiting is finally bringing his Drum & Bass On The Bike project to Adelaide in February as part of Adelaide Fringe.
Rising to fame during lockdown, Whiting began performing DnB sets while riding his bike around the streets of High Wycombe, earning the nickname, ‘DJ on the Bike’. Having performed all over the world, Whiting is heading our way, having organised a massive weekend of music, riding and good times taking place next month.
Dom Whiting's Drum & Bass on the Bike Weekender begins with a ride through the streets of Adelaide on Saturday, February 22. Kicking off at 3:00pm, Whiting will cruise through the streets of Bowden and Brompton playing a kick ass set of DnB as hundreds ride alongside him.
Whiting will keep things cooking with a special DJ set at Hindley Street Music Hall later that night before closing out the weekend with a DnB day party at Lion Arts Factory on Sunday, February 23 alongside a great selection of local DJs.
Tickets for all three events are on sale now via adelaidefringe.com.au. You can grab a ticket for each event separately or bundle all three together and save yourself a crisp tenner!
Ticket holders for the Saturday ride will be notified of the starting location 24 hours before the event.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, UK DJ and producer Dom Whiting was impact like many around the world. With clubs and venues closed, Whiting took his DnB sets outdoors, live streaming several sets in a nearby park. He then struck upon the novel idea of DJing while riding his bike.
His 'DJ on the Bike' concept quickly took shape and began to attract hundreds of riders while his live streams garnered hundreds of thousands of views.
Whiting won several awards for his unique gigs and took his moving show across Europe, performing in the streets of Berlin, Amsterdam, Barcelona and Zurich.
After making his first trip Down Under last year with a one-off performance and ride in Darwin, Whiting is pumped to return for Adelaide Fringe.
Dom Whiting's Drum & Bass on the Bike Weekender takes place on Saturday, February 22 and Saturday, February 23. Tickets on sale now via adelaidefringe.com.
