Belinda Carlisle Adds Adelaide Date To Her Australian Tour
The former member of The Go-Go's is touring Australia for the final time in 2027.

Legendary American singer-songwriter Belinda Carlisle is saying farewell to her Australian fans with one last tour in 2027.
Saluting four decades of hits on the aptly titled G’Day & Goodbye Tour, Carlisle will perform all her biggest hits, both as a solo artist and from her time in the all-conquering female band The Go-Go's.
In good news for Adelaide music fans, Carlisle has recently added an Adelaide date after initially planning on missing the City of Churches.
Support comes in the form of beloved Aussie indie-pop favourites The Mavis's, who had a couple of hits in the late '90s with 'Cry' and 'Naughty Boy'.
"Australia has always held such a special place in my heart," says Carlisle. "The fans here have supported me from the very beginning, so this tour will be one big thank-you! A celebration of the music, memories and magic we’ve shared."
Carlisle's Australia visit begins in Fremantle on Wednesday 3 March at Fremantle Prison, followed by two concerts in Melbourne at the Palais Theatre on Friday 5 and Saturday 6 March. The tour then heads to Adelaide's Thebarton Theatre on Tuesday 9 March, followed by two shows in Sydney at the Enmore Theatre on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 March and one at the Civic Theatre in Newcastle on Wednesday 17 March. The tour wraps up in Brisbane with two shows at Fortitude Music Hall on Friday 19 and Saturday 20 March.
Tickets are on sale now at abstract.net.au.

Co-founding The Go-Go's in 1978, Carlisle and her all-female outfit topped the charts with their 1981 debut album, Beauty and the Beat, becoming one of the pioneers of new wave before calling it quits in 1985.
Carlisle went on to have a hugely successful solo career, releasing a slew of massive hits, including 'Mad About You', 'Heaven Is A Place on Earth', 'I Get Weak', 'Circle In The Sand', 'Leave A Light On', 'Summer Rain' and many more.
She was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001 and also received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, making her one of the most accomplished female rockers to come out of California.
Catch Belinda Carlisle performing at Hindley Street Music Hall on Tuesday 9 March 2027. Tickets on sale at ticketmaster.com.au.
