Bean Magazine Announces ‘Folly in the Shade’ Australian Tour
Catch the rising Brizzy act at The Ed Castle in October.

Rising Brizzy rockers Bean Magazine are hitting the road this October in celebration of their recently released EPs, Folly and In The Shade.
In The Shade arrived last year and was followed by Folly, which dropped in June 2025. Folly was produced by Ball Park Music’s Sam Cromack and further cemented Bean Magazine’s indie rock direction.
Having spent the last two months supporting Ball Park Music on their Australian tour, Bean Magazine can’t wait to perform their own headline shows this October.
Bean Magazine kick off the tour in Adelaide at The Ed Castle on Friday 3 October, then makes their way to Melbourne on Saturday 4 October, playing the Bergy Bandroom. The trio then hit Sydney’s Trocadero Room on Friday 17 October, before bringing the tour to a close at Brisbane’s Black Bear Lodge on Friday 24 October.
Supporting Bean Magazine on all dates are special guests Puree, one of Adelaide’s rising indie acts.

Comprising Henry Creamer (guitars, vocals), Gabrielle Beiers (drums) and Seb Baren (bass), Bean Magazine have been making waves in the Brisbane music scene.
Last year saw the three-piece tour alongside the likes of The Rubens, Hockey Dad and Rum Jungle, along with performing showcases at BIGSOUND and SXSW Sydney.
Those attending Bean Magazine’s national tour can grab copies of Folly In The Shade, a vinyl featuring both of the band’s EPs. The release will be available as an exclusive pre-order to those who purchase tickets to the tour.
