What five songs would you take to the island?

1. Miley Cyrus – ‘Island’

2. Lorde – ‘Solar Power’

If you could only pick one, what would it be?

‘Solar Power’ by Lorde. I just feel like this song literally radiates solar energy. Always able to brighten my day.

What’s your favourite album?

Frank by Amy Winehouse. I discovered this album when I was in high school and have been in love with it ever since. Amy makes me feel so nostalgic. She is a true storyteller and has been a big influence on my music since I began writing.

What’s your favourite song by a South Australian band or artist?

‘Elastic Heart’ by Sia.

Favourite music-related memory?

Playing my first ever live shows at the Lion Arts Factory with Lime Cordiale. The energy was high, the nerves were through the roof and the feeling was unmatchable. Couldn’t have asked for a better introduction into the live music scene.
