Thrash metal overlords Warbringer return to Australian shores in 2026 in support of their new album, Wrath and Ruin.
Released in March of this year, Wrath and Ruin is Warbringer’s seventh studio album, arriving five years after Weapons of Tomorrow. The album received positive reviews from metal critics, with New Noise Magazine calling the record “eight tracks of ripping, shredding, dark thrash,” and Metal Crypt stating Wrath and Ruin is “filled with quality, catchy thrash that calls for repeat listens.”
Joining Warbringer on their Aussie jaunt are Sydney death metal powerhouse Anoxia, who will perform with Warbringer at all dates of the tour.
Beginning in Canberra at The Baso on Wednesday 22 April, Warbringer then play Marrickville Bowlo on Thursday 23 April, Adelaide’s Ed Castle on Friday 24 April and Brutefest 2026 at The Tote in Collingwood on Saturday 25 April, before bringing the tour to a close at Brisbane’s Soapbox on Sunday 26 April.
