More than 50 international and Australian acts will perform at the Sydney Opera House during the festival.

Vivid LIVE returns to Sydney in 2026 with an incredible lineup of international and Australian artists performing as part of the music program at the Sydney Opera House from Friday 22 May to Saturday 13 June.
Curated by the Opera House’s Head of Contemporary Music Ben Marshall, the 2026 edition includes notable performances from Mitski, who is playing a four-night residency celebrating her latest album, Nothing’s About to Happen to Me, alongside fan favourites from across her catalogue, The National’s Matt Berninger performing his solo offerings alongside tracks from his chartting topping band and Scottish nosie-makers Mogwai celebrating 30 years as a band with a special concert at the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall.
Also performing are soulful Chicago act Thee Sacred Souls, ‘90s rap icon Lil Kim, art pop duo Sparks, music visionary Flying Lotus, Earl Sweatshirt and MIKE and many more.
On the Aussie front, Beddy Rays have locked in an unplugged gig, while Mallrat, King Stingray, Jem Cassar-Daley, Gut Health and Mulga Bore Head Rock are just some of the talented artists who will be taking to the stage across the festival.
