Canadian TV Show ‘The Next Step’ To Bring Their ‘Legacy World Tour’ To Australia In 2026
The star-studded live tour cast features fan favourites from the series’ historic ten-season run.

The Next Step: Legacy World Tour is coming to Australia in 2026. A brand new live touring dance show, The Next Step features cast members from the original and current seasons of the hugely popular Canadian live-action teen drama.
First airing in 2013, The Next Step has been running for ten seasons, with the most recent premiering this year.
The tour features a star-studded cast of performers from the show, including Victoria Baldesarra (Michelle), Trevor Tordjman (James), Briar Nolet (Richelle), Jordan Clark (Giselle), Noah Zulfikar (Kingston), Emmerly Tinglin (Kenzie) Carter Musselman (Heath), Alex Chaves (Piper), Benjamin Williams (Pete) and Shane Mahabir (Ethan).

The Australian run of The Next Step Legacy Tour live concert experience begins in Melbourne at Hamer Hall on Wednesday 8 April. The cast then perform at Geelong’s GPAC Playhouse on Thursday 9 April, Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre on Friday 10 April, Gold Coast’s HOTA Theatre on Sunday 12 April, Caloundra’s Events Centre on Monday 13 April and Brisbane’s QPAC Concert Hall on Tuesday 14 April.
The final shows of the tour include three gigs in New South Wales at Newcastle’s Civic Theatre on Wednesday 15 April, Sutherland’s The Pavilion Performing Arts Centre on Thursday 16 April and Sydney’s State Theatre on Friday 17 April, with the final show at Canberra Theatre in Canberra on Sunday 19 April.

First airing in 2013, The Next Step is a scripted drama influenced by reality television that follows a troupe of dancers who belong to the The Next Step dance studio. The core cast competes with other dance studios for championships, with the show delving into the dancers’ relationships and rivalries.
The show has spawned several spin-offs, digital episodes and 2019’s hugely successful Absolute Dance tour, an interactive experience that gave fans the chance to mix with the stars of the show.
The Next Step Australian tour dates come as the show has wrapped up its ten-season run, making this the final chance for punters to catch the stars of the show performing together.
