The Animals Announce ‘The Final Curtain’ Australian Tour 2025
This will be your last chance to catch the legendary UK act live in Australia.

UK rockers The Animals toured the country last year on what was to be their final ever Aussie tour, but the band received such a great reception they are running it back this October and November.
Dubbed The Final Curtain Tour, The Animals have announced 17 dates were fans can expect to hear all their hits, including ‘We Gotta Get Out Of This Place’, ‘Boom Boom’, ‘Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood’, ‘It’s My Life’ and #1 worldwide smash ‘House of The Rising Sun’.
Founding member and original drummer John Steel says, “Australia has always felt like a second home for us. The fans here have been amazing over the years, and we just had to come back to enjoy one more chapter of this amazing journey.”
The Animals The Final Curtain Tour kicks off in Newcastle at Flamingos (Lizottes) on Thursday, October 23 and hits an array of cities and towns including Kingsford, Thirroul, Toowoomba, Ballarat and Adelaide, before finishing up at Fremantle’s Freo.Social on Saturday, November 22.

The Animals dominated the airwaves during the ‘60s, becoming one of the biggest acts to come out of the UK. The band became just the second British act to top the American charts after the Beatles with their global smah hit, ‘House of the Rising Sun’.
The current lineup includes original member John Steel alongside Danny Handley, Bobby Ruiz and Barney “Boogie” Williams, with The Animals excited to perform in Australia for one last time this October and November.
