India's Thaikkudam Bridge Announce 2026 Australia Tour
A genre-defying, high-octane sonic experience are playing Tarndanya/Adelaide as part of Adelaide Fringe.

Multi-genre Indian music group Thaikkudam Bridge (pronounced Tie-kuh-dum brij) have announced three special shows in Australia next year.
The genre-defying, high-octane sonic experience is performing in Eora/Sydney, Naarm/Melbourne and Tarndanya/Adelaide in March 2026.
Renowned for their electrifying fusion of Indian classical, folk and hard rock, the band have a cinematic quality to their arrangements and has carved a global reputation for their explosive live performances.
Now, Australian audiences have a rare opportunity to witness India’s most explosive fusion, with the ensemble performing at Liberty Hall in Eora/Sydney on Friday 6 March, Northcote Theatre in Naarm/Melbourne on Saturday 7 March and Gluttony as part of the Adelaide Fringe at Tarndanya/Adelaide on Monday 9 March.

Coming together in 2013, Thaikkudam Bridge have performed more than 1,000 concerts across the globe, including the USA, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Australia and Asia.
Their global appearances include Milwaukee Summerfest, NH7 Weekender, Independence Rock, Mojo Rising, YouTube FanFest and Dubai Expo 2020, while their 2015 debut album Navarasam was a huge smash in India.
Featuring 15 incredible musicians from across India, the band have collaborated with an amazing list of artists, including the likes of Guthrie Govan, Chris Adler, Marco Minnemann, Jordan Rudess, Pandit Ram Narayan, Pandit Viswamohan Bhat, Padmabhushan Umayalpuram K. Sivaraman, Ustad Rashid Khan and Niladri Kumar.

This year’s festival features performances from Ocean Alley, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, The Veronicas, The Temper Trap, Mallrat and many more.
The playlist includes songs from Aphex Twin, David Byrne, Duke Ellington and more.

The band have pulled out of both the Adelaide and Perth legs of the festival.
