Nashville-based singer-songwriter Stephen Sanchez has revealed he’s bringing The Lover Down Under Tour to Australia and New Zealand this July.
After selling out shows across the country during his last visit in 2024, tickets for this tour are expected to sell like hot cakes, with Sanchez hitting the road in support of his upcoming sophomore album, Love, Love, Love.
Arriving Friday 8 May, Love, Love, Love contains 11 tracks exploring love in its many forms. Speaking on the album, he shares, “This record is inspired by the love I’ve been lucky enough to receive, the love I sometimes struggle to give to others, and my desire to see people come together. To quote the title track, ‘it’s just what the world needs!’”
Sanchez’s The Lover Down Under Tour begins with two shows in New Zealand at Christchurch’s Town Hall on Saturday 11 July and Auckland’s Town Hall on Sunday 12 July.
The tour then moves to Australia for five shows, kicking off at Brisbane’s The Fortitude Music Hall on Wednesday 15 July, before hitting Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Saturday 18 July, Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on Tuesday 21 July, Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre on Saturday 25 July and Perth’s ICF Warehouse on Tuesday 28 July.
Frontier Members can access pre-sale tickets from 11am AEST Thursday 23 April, before general sale opens at 12pm Friday 24 April. Tickets and further information can be found at frontiertouring.com.

Like many up-and-coming artists, Sanchez first found fame online in 2020 when he posted a cover of Cage the Elephant’s ‘Cigarette Daydreams’ on TikTok that went viral.
Since then, the crooner has achieved chart success with the single ‘Until I Found You’, which peaked at #8 on the ARIA Singles Chart, while his debut album Angel Face made it to #23 on the ARIA Albums Chart.
Known for his ‘50s/’60s style pop and cinematic live performances, Sanchez’s Australian and New Zealand return is one not to be missed.
