Rising American hardcore act Scowl are closing out the year with their very first headline tour of Australia.
Celebrating the release of their highly praised sophomore album Are We All Angels, which Kerrang! awarded five out of five, Scowl are bringing their infectious live show to stages across the country this November and December.
Accompanied at selective gigs by Baltimore hardcore champs End It and Sydney’s Secret World, Scowl kick off their Aussie tour in Brisbane at The Brightside on Friday 28 November.
They then take to the stage at Rolling Sets Festival on the Gold Coast on Saturday 29 November, before hitting Nambour’s Black Box Theatre on Sunday 30 November, Newcastle’s King Street Warehouse on Tuesday 2 December, Canberra’s Shadows on Wednesday 3 December and Sydney’s The Lansdowne on Friday 5 December, before playing the Central Coast leg of Rolling Sets Festival on Saturday 6 December.
The final three dates of the tour take place at Perth’s Lynott’s Lounge on Wednesday 10 December, Adelaide’s Jive on Friday 12 December and Melbourne’s Howler on Saturday 13 December.
Tickets for all shows are on sale now via scowl40831.com.

Coming together in 2019, Californian band Scowl have lit up the West Coast hardcore scene with their abrasive pop punk meets aggressive rock sound.
Comprising vocalist Kat Moss, guitarist Mike Bifolco, bassist Bailey Lupo and drummer Cole Gilbert, Scowl released two EPs in 2019 – Scowl and Reality After Reality – before dropping their warmly received debut LP How Flowers Grow two years later.
The band’s most recent release, this year’s Are We All Angels, continues the group’s musical evolution, incorporating more rock, grunge and pop elements and addressing a range of subjects including grief, abuse, relationships and the band’s newfound fame.
Having shared the stage with the likes of Circle Jerks, System Of A Down, Korn, Turnstile and Deftones and performed at major festivals such as Coachella, Scowl can’t wait to return to Australia for their first headline tour this year.
Catch Scowl at Jive on Friday 12 December. Tickets on sale now via moshtix.com.au.
