RÜFÜS DU SOL Makes History With Highest-Selling Electronic Tour Of All Time
The Aussie electronic act sold over 750,000 tickets to their Inhale / Exhale World Tour

2025 has been a massive year for electronic trio RÜFÜS DU SOL, with the Grammy-winning act being honoured for their Inhale / Exhale World Tour becoming the highest-selling electronic tour of all time.
The trio were presented a commemorative plaque by Live Nation and Untitled, signifying that the trio have sold over 750,000 headline tickets and performed to 1.5 million fans worldwide across their festival and headlining shows.
The Aussie and Kiwi leg of RÜFÜS DU SOL’s tour saw them move more than 180,000 tickets across Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland, which was the commercial peak of the entire tour.
The tour also saw RÜFÜS DU SOL break the record for a music act selling the most tickets to play Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena, while also breaking the all-time venue attendance record at Auckland’s Outer Fields at Western Springs with 25,000 attendees.
Spanning nearly 50 dates across the globe, RÜFÜS DU SOL’s Inhale / Exhale World Tour has cemented the trio as one of the world’s biggest electronic acts.
Along with spending most of the year touring, RÜFÜS DU SOL have released two remix albums of their fifth album Inhale / Exhale, comprising interpretations of the album’s tracks from a who’s who of international DJs and producers, with Sofia Kourtesis, Carlita, Emanuel Satie, Andrea Oliva and Nitefreak just some of the big names who took part in creating this epic remix record.

Ahead of their Australian and New Zealand shows, the band had this to say, “Returning to Australia and New Zealand is always a special feeling for us. The crowds have always been so good to us. We can’t wait to explore this next chapter with everyone back home.”
Having wrapped up the year as the biggest-selling electronic act, RÜFÜS DU SOL are preparing to do it all again, with dates lined up across South America and Europe in 2026.
