Queens of the Stone Age are back, and they're hitting Adelaide!!
Fresh from the release of their latest album, "In Times New Roman…," QOTSA is extending the apocalyptic vibe of their record with their 'The End Is Nero' tour.
Josh Homme and his bandmates are hitting Australian shores from February, gracing venues and outdoor stages in Adelaide, Perth Melbourne, Sydney, Hobart's MONA FOMA, and two shows in Brisbane. Plus, they're headlining festivals in Torquay, Victoria, and on the Gold Coast.
They’re joined by Psych Rock superstars Pond, bringing their deep catalog of nine albums. Melbourne's Gut Health, a dynamic five-piece blending post-punk and new wave, will also join the tour.
The last time Queens of the Stone Age graced Australian soil was in 2018, and now they're back with their visceral, sexy rock music. Frontman Josh Homme, who considers Australia his "home away from home," is thrilled to return.
In recent years, Homme has faced personal challenges, including a cancer diagnosis, loss of close friends, and a difficult custody battle. He channeled these experiences into their latest album, "In Times New Roman…," using music as his therapy.
Don't miss the chance to experience their rock 'n' roll sermons on the Queens of the Stone Age 2024 Australian tour.
Tickets go on sale on October 30, with a pre-sale starting on October 25 through livenation.
