After celebrating the 15th anniversary of his debut album A Mind of My Own with a run of shows last year, Aussie rapper Pez has announced an October tour in support of his new single, ‘Don’t Worry ‘Bout Me’.
Ushering in a new era for ‘The Festival Song’ MC, ‘ Don’t Worry ‘Bout Me’ is another summer anthem from the 2009 AIR Award winner that’s sure to connect with his fans. The track follows Pez and 360’s recently released collab EP Broken, which also includes the well-received title track.
“Hey peeps. Come celebrate the release of my new song (and more to come) this October!!” Pez wrote on social media.
“I’m gonna be playing a bunch of songs off my upcoming album, some rare old joints and of course any favourites from over the years.”
Pez’s Don’t Worry ‘Bout It Tour begins at Sydney’s Trocadero Room on Friday 10 October and continues with shows at Melbourne’s Howler on Saturday 11 October, Perth’s Milk Bar on Friday 17 October and Adelaide’s Jive on Saturday 18 October, wrapping up at Brisbane’s The Brightside on Saturday 25 October.
Tickets for all shows are on sale now via pezmusic.com.au.
