Nilüfer Yanya Announces 2026 Australian Tour
The tour marks Nilüfer Yanya’s first Australian shows since 2019.

British singer-songwriter Nilüfer Yanya returns to Australia for the first time since 2019 next year.
The introspective guitarist and singer who has made a name for herself thanks to her ethereal voice and reflective lyrics, has announced three shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
Having seen Yanya perform at Sweden’s Way Out West Festival, we wrote, “Yanya delivered an absorbing live set highlighting her songwriting prowess.”
Yanya will perform tracks from her three acclaimed albums, My Method Actor (2019), PAINLESS (2022) and Miss Universe (2024), along with her most recent EP, this year’s Dancing Shoes.
Yanya’s Aussie tour sees her perform at Liberty Hall in Sydney on Tuesday 17 February, 170 Russell in Melbourne on Thursday 19 February and at Perth Festival in Perth on Friday 20 February.

Born to parents who are both visual artists, Yanya grew up in Chelsea, where she became enamoured with rock music.
Sharing her first EP, Small Crimes/Keep on Calling, in 2016, Yanya followed up with Plant Feed in 2017 and Do You Like Pain? in 2018, before dropping her critically acclaimed debut album, Miss Universe, in 2019.
The past six years have seen the release of two more albums, Painless (2022) and My Method Actor (2024), both of which were well received by fans and critics.
Currently on tour across North America with Alex G and gearing up to support Lorde on her UK and Europe tour at the end of the year, Yanya’s Aussie return is sure to have fans eagerly snapping up tickets when they go on sale this week.
