Metal On Murray Drops 2026 Lineup
This year’s stacked lineup features a total of 14 incredible metal bands performing across the day at the Prince Albert Hotel in Gawler.

The annual Metal On Murray festival returns in 2026 with another stellar lineup of heavy acts.
Presented by 7HP and The Prince Albert Hotel, this one-day mini-metal fest takes over Gawler’s The Prince Albert Hotel on Saturday 21 March.
Kicking off at 11:30am and running well into the evening, Metal On Murray has revealed the lineup for this year’s event, headlined by Melbourne’s hardcore thrash experts Pizza Death.
Also announced are heavy beasts HEADBORE, self-described “antique Adelaide indie alternative band” Blood Sucking Freaks, sludge rockers Sundowner, metalcore heroes Strength Of A Bear and death metal heavyweights Apocalyptic Annihilation.
The bill also includes Stabbitha & The Knifey Wifeys, Dirty Pagans, Witch Spit, Hell Machine, Those Left Behind, Storm the Crown, Drown This Fury and Gawler Youth Band.

As with previous years, Metal On Murray will play host to market stalls, food trucks and plenty of bars, with those keen on getting a tattoo also able to score themselves some new ink.
Metal On Murray is an all-ages, family-friendly and inclusive event, with kids under 12 free. Be advised, the event is cashless, so be sure to have your card with you.
