Melbourne Nu Metal Outfit Mélancolia Reveal Headline Australian Tour Dates

Melbourne’s fierce nu metal act Mélancolia are pumped to announce their first ever headline tour of Australia.
The band’s access.all.misery tour coincides with the release of the band’s latest single, ‘SPIT!’. Taken from the five-piece’s forthcoming access.all.misery album, which arrives Friday 29 August via Greyscale Records and Nuclear Blast (pre-order here), the song features DREGG’s Christopher Mackertich and is a ghoulish burst of heavy energy.
‘SPIT!’ expands on Mélancolia's nu metal influences and is their first song to feature clean vocals, showcasing a new side to the band.
Heading out on tour in September, Mélancolia will be joined by Brizzy metal masters Apate, Adelaide metalcore enthusiast Outsider and rising Canberra act st.sinner.
Mélancolia’s four-date headline tour begins at Brisbane’s The Brightside on Thursday 11 September before hitting Sydney’s The Lansdowne on Friday 12 September, Melbourne’s Revolver Bandroom on Saturday 13 September and Adelaide’s Jive on Sunday 14 September.

Coming together in 2022, Mélancolia’s melodic blackened deathcore merges elements of industrial goth and nu metal into a pulverising sledgehammer attack that will leave you decimated.
The band released their 2023 debut album, HissThroughRottenTeeth, to rave reviews, with Hysteria Mag awarding it 8/10.
