More than 90 bands will take to the stage across the festival’s three days.

Download Festival continues to kick goals when it comes to its lineup, with next year’s bumper edition headlined by nu metal godfathers Limp Bizkit, heavy rock icons Guns N’ Roses and the recently reformed Linkin Park.
The three bands make up a bill featuring over 90 bands from across the globe who will perform at the festival’s iconic home, Donington Park in Leicestershire, UK, across the weekend of June 10 to 14, 2026.
Joining the three heavy powerhouses are Bad Omens, Cypress Hill, Trivium, Architects, Electric Callboy, Halestorm, Ice Nine Kills, Mastadon, Feeder, BABYMETAL and many more.
Several Aussie acts are also making the trip to the UK for Download 2026. Melbourne metalcore beasts Thornhill, Perth DNB legends Pendulum, nu-metal five-piece HEADWRECK, emerging rockers Wayside and Sydney metalcore meets pop outfit Melrose Avenue are all taking to the stage. Held annually at Donington Park motorsport circuit in the UK since 2003, Download is one of the world’s premier heavy music festivals. Some of the biggest names in metal and rock have graced the festival’s stages over the past two decades, including Aerosmith, Metallica, Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Guns N’ Roses, Faith No More and Soundgarden.
Found by Andy Copping, the festival has even gone global, with events having been held in France, Spain, Japan, Germany and even Australia, with the last iteration of Download Australia taking place in Melbourne in 2019.
This year’s edition of Download was another massive success, with Green Day, Sleep Token and Korn topping the bill. Over 90 acts performed over the weekend at Donington Park, including the likes of Jimmy Eat World, Opeth, Weezer, Cradle of Filth, Bullet for My Valentine, Lorna Shore and many more.
