Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Leon Thomas has been forced to change the dates of his upcoming Australian tour due to scheduling conflicts.
Thomas was set to bring his MUTTS DON’T HEEL World Tour to Australian shores in April, but that has now shifted to June. The news comes as Thomas adds a new show in Auckland, New Zealand.
Fans with tickets to the April dates will be automatically transferred to the new shows – ticket purchasers will be contacted directly with further details, including refund information if unable to attend the new dates.
The new dates mean Thomas kicks off his tour in New Zealand at Auckland’s Town Hall on Tuesday 9 June. The R&B and blues creator then makes his way to Australia for a show at Brisbane’s The Fortitude Music Hall on Thursday 11 June. This is followed by two gigs at Melbourne’s Forum on Saturday 13 June and Sunday 14 June, and two shows at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Tuesday 16 June and Wednesday 17 June. The final two concerts are in Adelaide at Hindley Street Music Hall on Friday 19 June and Metro City in Perth on Saturday 20 June.
Tickets for Thomas’ Australian dates are on sale now via frontiertouring.com. Kiwi fans can access pre-sale tickets on Friday 28 November, with general on-sale taking place at 10am AEDT on Tuesday 2 December. Full ticketing information available via frontiertouring.com.

Beginning his career on Broadway during the early ‘00s, Leon Thomas was also part of the Nickelodeon series Victorious before transitioning to a career in the music industry as a member of the production duo The Rascals.
Co-writing and producing for a slew of big-name artists, including Ariana Grande, Drake, Rick Ross, and SZA, Thomas went solo in 2023 and released his debut album, Electric Dusk.
He followed that up with last year’s MUTT, an album that has amassed over 1.1 billion streams, topped Billboard’s Hot R&B Songs chart and is certified platinum in Australia.
Thomas’ tour comes in support of HEEL, the deluxe edition of his critically acclaimed sophomore album MUTT. The album merges soul, R&B and contemporary rock textures and features new collaborations with the likes of Kehlani, Big Sean, and Halle.
Catch Leon Thomas performing at Hindley Street Music Hall on Friday 19 June. Tickets on sale via frontiertouring.com.
