After announcing her biggest Australian tour yet last week, Holly Hebe has shared new single ‘Crying Your Eyes Out’, the latest taste of her upcoming EP Mood Ring.

Arriving Friday 17 July, the seven-track EP gives listeners a glimpse into the last 12 months of Hebe’s life, exploring themes of loss, love, superstition, nostalgia and the emotional chaos of growing up in the modern world.

Produced with Dennis Neuer (Milky Chance, Crying Your Eyes Out), ‘Crying Your Eyes Out’ features Hebe’s enchanting vocals floating over a pulsating beat on a track about trying to get over heartbreak by staying busy.

“This song is about distracting yourself from heartbreak with nights out, loud music, playing shows and meeting strangers,” shares Hebe. “It’s about seeking out environments where you are physically surrounded by people, chaos, lights and music as some form of bandaid solution, and then crying about how lonely you are deep down.”
