It’s actually happening. After weeks of rumours and cryptic Billboards popping up across the country, Good Charlotte have announced they are bringing their Motel Du Cap World Tour to Australia next year.
OG members and brothers Joel and Benji Madden, alongside Paul Thomas and Billy Martin, will perform four dates in Perth, Brisbane, Bendigo (yes, Bendigo!) and Sydney in February 2026. This marks the band’s first Australian shows in eight years.
Joining Good Charlotte on tour will be Yellowcard and Kisschasy.
“Australia is such a special place to Good Charlotte and to me personally, it feels like a home away from home in many ways, and we can’t wait to head back there for some big shows. It’s been far too long since we’ve spent time with our Aussie fans, we’re all in for a big treat,” says Joel Madden.
Good Charlotte’s Australian leg of their Motel Du Cap World Tour begins in Perth at RAC Arena on Tuesday 17 February. The band then plays Brisbane’s Entertainment Centre on Thursday 19 February followed by dates at Bendigo’s Racecourse on Saturday 21 February and Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Wednesday 25 February.

Australian favourites, their albums The Chronicles of Life and Death and Youth Authority both topped the ARIA Albums Chart, with both releases being Good Charlotte’s only number one albums in the world.
