They eventually revealed they had come together under the moniker Fanning Dempsey National Park and released their first single, the blissed out saxophone number ‘Disconnect’.
Along with telling the world the name of their forthcoming album, the pair has also shared who helped put the record together. Fanning Dempsey National Park enlisted Craig McFarland on bass, Adam MacDougall on synths and Michael Urbano behind the sticks to round out the ensemble.
The Deluge also features production from Craig Silvey (Arctic Monkeys, The National, Sam Fender) and engineering work from Dani Bennett-Spragg (IDLES, The Rolling Stones, Noel Gallagher) and Nick DiDia (Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, Rage Against The Machine).
