Boutique EDM festival Electric Island returns in 2026 with beachside rave parties in Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth.
Combining internationally acclaimed dance icons with picturesque beachside locations, next year’s festival is headlined by American electronic titan Armand Van Helden, who will perform at all these dates.
Local lads Flight Facilities will get the dancefloor moving with a hit-filled DJ set, performing their hit tracks ‘Crave You’, ‘Clair de Lune’ and ‘Sunshine’, alongside remixes and dance hits from the biggest artists on the planet.
Melbourne and Perth audiences will also get a special set from internationally revered and Grammy-nominated dance act Above & Beyond, who will no doubt be performing tracks from their recently released album, Bigger Than All Of Us.
Expect more artists to be announced in the coming months.
The Adelaide leg of Electric Island takes over Glenelg beach on Saturday 11 April, while the Melbourne and Perth events will be held across two days over the same weekend at Melbourne’s RIVA and Perth’s Cottesloe Beach on Saturday 18 April and Sunday 19 April.

Electric Island promoter Damian Gelles shared, “Next year our Electric Island run expands into three states with five open-air shows across some of Australia’s finest shorelines, including our debut at Melbourne’s lush Riviera Beach Club in St Kilda.”
Electric Island is the brainchild of T1000 Events, the independent team behind the long-running Electric Gardens festival. Since 2016, they’ve been hosting events and festivals across the country, hosting some of the biggest names in the EDM world, including Fatboy Slim, Eric Prydz, Jamie Jones, DJ EZ, Craig David and plenty more.
Last year saw 25,000 tickets sold with the birth of Electric Island and Electric Warehouse parties with a lineup featuring Duke Dumont, Eli & Fur, DJ Nora En Pure and more.
