Australian Idol 2024 winner Dylan Wright has announced a theatre tour for this September. The singer-songwriter’s ‘Those September Nights Tour’ will see the Northern Rivers lad perform four intimate shows in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney.
The tour gets underway in Melbourne at Thornbury Theatre on Friday, September 13 before stopping off at the Queen’s Theatre in Adelaide on Saturday, September 14, the Princess Theatre in Brisbane on Friday, September 20 and finally the Factory Theatre in Sydney on Saturday, September 21.
Taking to social media to hype the tour, Wright released a video revealing more dates will be announced in the coming weeks and that he “can’t wait” to hit the road this September.
‘Those September Nights Tour’ is Wright’s first national headline tour. The soulful singer and guitarist may have recently gained recognition for winning Australian Idol, but the talented artist has been performing since he was a teenager.
The tour will see Wright joined by a full band as he celebrates not only his win but the release of his most recent single, ‘Paper Heart’. The gigs will give fans who watched Wright’s musical journey play out on the small screen the chance to see him perform in the flesh.
Tickets for Dylan Wright’s ‘Those September Nights Tour’ are on sale now via dylanwrightmusic.con.au.
