One of Australia’s great rural festivals, Broken Hill Mundi Mundi Bash, is back in 2025 with a stacked bill of Aussie talent.
Held at Belmont Station on the Mundi Mundi Plains, 9km north of Silverton and 35km north of Broken Hill, next year’s festival takes place from Thursday 20 August to Saturday 22 August with a diverse lineup of pub rock, country, pop and more.
Headlining Broken Hill Mundi Mundi Bash 2026 are soulful folk act The Teskey Brothers, who are eager to make their Bash debut, alongside a returning Hoodoo Gurus.
“We’ve heard a lot about these desert shows from our friends, and we can’t wait to get out there in the red dust and see what it’s all about. Very excited for these shows,” says Josh Teskey.
Hoodoo Gurus frontman Dave Faulkner adds, “We’re psyched to be making a return visit to The Big Red Bash next year. Our first and only time there in 2023 was one of the most memorable gigs of our lives! What an insane idea: gather a motley crew of merry misfits and savvy self-starters and head out to the back-of-beyond to enjoy a few days of music, mirth and merriment?! Whoever thought of that is a genius because it was amazing, and I can't wait to experience it again.”
The 2026 lineup also features vocalist Jon Stevens, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Jon Butler, fresh from the release of his latest album Prism, alt-folk rumblers Boy & Bear, rock legends Baby Animals, powerful singer-songwriter Jessica Mauboy, ‘90s alt-rock outfit The Whitlams and Australian-based UK great Leo Sayer.
Also performing at Mundi Mundi Bash are Tim Finn, Richard Clapton, Troy Cassar-Daley, Chocolate Starfish, Furnace and the Fundamentals, Wendy Matthews, The Radiators, Shane Howard, Fanny Lumsden, 19-Twenty, 50 Years of Fleetwood Mac, Hot Potato Band, Tom Busby and Wes Carr.
Tickets go on sale Thursday 23 October at 10am AEST via mundimundibash.com.
